When you wake up to the sunshine
beaming through your window.
You rejoice to see it, and thank God for it.
Sometimes we forget about the beautiful gift from God.
We often take for granted all our God given gifts.
The rain that takes away the sunshine,
But makes our vegetables grow.
And sometimes cools the air,
Is a gift from God.
The food we eat nourished by the rain,
and the sun is a gift from God.
We may be downhearted and the sun refreshes us.
As the rain cools the atmosphere.
The beautiful blue sky with a rainbow of colors
The rain cascading down on a mountain side.
Makes us want to pray.
For the God we know gives us all of this.
Rain and sunshine, we are blessed beyond our imagination.
